A specialist in development work, project design and management, fundraising and training, he is responsible for partnership building and project management in the AOC & Associates Group. Eugene is the founder and Group Managing Director of AOC & Associates Group.

Ernest Ogunleye: United Kingdom/Canada

Formerly with the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Association, Ernest has 12 years of international experience in training, staff and youth development. A specialist in human resource development, he is the director of the personnel, training and organisational management division in AOC & Associates Group. Ernest has conducted training programmes in over 102 countries and is currently based in Canada.

Keith Bakir Timimi: United Kingdom/Singapore

Keith is a veteran IT professional having worked across Europe and Asia for the last 14 years, initially in client/server and business intelligence environments before catching the network-centric bug, and focusing on the development of secure, robust and scalable solutions using IP-based technology. Keith is the director responsible for IT solutions in AOC & Associates Group. He is also a director of the Singapore office of a Global IT Service Provider.

David Carmichael: United Kingdom

An employment law expert with more than 21 years experience, David is the director responsible for legal affairs and consultancy in the field of employee management and organisational restructuring services in AOC & Associates Group. David is also a partner in a leading UK based legal firm and trustee of an English youth charity.

Lt. Col ( R ) Abdul Latiff Nazir: Malaysia

Abdul Latiff has served with the Royal Malaysian Armed forces for 23 years before working in the private sector for 12 years. He has vast experience in the management of human resources, training, planning and co-ordination, marketing and sales, intelligence, psychological warfare and public relations. Abdul Latiff is responsible for Community Affairs and Public Relations in AOC & Associates Group.

Salehuddin bin Ghazali: Malaysia

Salehuddin has more that 16 years experience in the field of youth development, event management and training. He has extensive experience of working with governments, inter-governmental agencies and non-governmental organisations in the Asian region. He is responsible for managing AOC's youth development programmes and partnership projects in Asia. Salehuddin is also the Executive Secretary of the Asian Youth Council.

Gregory Dennis: Malaysia

Greg has been actively involved in the Graphics Communication Industry for the past 20 years in Asia. An expert in the field of print & publishing he advanced into multimedia, specialising in edutainment and corporate profiles on CD-ROM. He is also a specialist in front-end user interface 3D and 2D design for Interactive Television gameshows and websites. Greg was the co-founder of Articulate Multimedia, Compact Innovations, Moo Mooltimedia and SmartTransact in Malaysia.

Ahmad Nizam bin Said: Malaysia

Ahmad Nizam has been involved in youth development, events and training management for more than 10 years. He started as a volunteer for the Malaysian Youth Council, and expanded to become one of Asian Youth Council's (AYC) and World Assembly of Youth's(WAY) active volunteers. He has extensive experience of working with government agencies, inter-governmental agencies and non-governmental organisations in the Asian region such as a volunteer for the Afghanistan Peace Corp and also World Youth Festival. He is currently responsible for managing AOC's events. Ahmad Nizam is also one of the IT system administrator at the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur.

Associate Director

Justine McGuinness was born in Singapore and grew up in Africa and Europe. In her professional life Justine has worked in strategic communications for over eleven years, involved with projects that span the policy spectrum - crime and justice, health, business/trade and industry, international development, new technologies, rural affairs, environment and education. She is the Director of a European specialist consultancy that focuses on environmental, agricultural, health and consumer affairs issues management. For six years she has provided counsel to the UK's environmental regulator, the Environment Agency, on the development of public policy and involving stakeholders in the implementation of EU Directives. She has also worked with a number of commercial organisations on the development of corporate governance for the past eight years. McGuinness is a regular speaker at international and national conferences, writes on environmental issues and is a member of the UK's Institute of Directors. Justine McGuinness was recently selected as the Liberal Democrats Parliamentary Spokesperson for West Dorset, one of the most marginal seats in the UK.
